But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedykt Perkowski couldn't finish the play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Radowit Ogrodowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Lauro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zula Kosiorek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saverio Medardo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Zula Kosiorek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Marek Torm made the kick off in the second half. Benedykt Perkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Sebastián Sosa made a huge save. In the 61st minute Marek Torm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd play minute Radowit Ogrodowicz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sebastián Sosa. 0-2. If Victor Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
