In the 9th minute of the match, Roque Vito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Taka Levidze saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. PROTON F.C.'s Taka Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 10th minute of play. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Veliz in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Bautista Cross hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Marco Cantona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vikingos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. PROTON F.C.'s Taka Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Cantona in the 17th minute of play. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Mistral in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, PROTON F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marco Cantona came free, but Taka Levidze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Cantona in the 34th minute of play forced PROTON F.C.'s goalkeeper Taka Levidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th of the match, Marco Cantona tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Taka Levidze got in the way and made a wonderful save. Taka Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Cantona in the 39th minute of play. Marek Torm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Taka Levidze made a huge save. In the 42nd minute of the match Lucrețiu Filipașcu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Taka Levidze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marek Torm got free with Taka Levidze in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PROTON F.C.'s Taka Levidze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save PROTON F.C. from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Taka Levidze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Torm in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Lucrețiu Filipașcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taka Levidze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Marek Torm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vikingos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marek Torm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taka Levidze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Roque Vito made a precise shot to the right of Taka Levidze. PROTON F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 68 minutes into the match, PROTON F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roque Vito came free, but Taka Levidze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ladislao Erramu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Per-Olof Vallmark replaced Roque Vito. Juan Carlos Caticura kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Taka Levidze was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Raymundo Arbildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the PROTON F.C. defense, Ladislao Erramu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Taka Levidze. The PROTON F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Taka Levidze should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vikingos FC had played much better football throughout.
