A sloppy throw-in by Alfonso Rulli in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Blåvitt's Mikael Bergstedt. Liu Yong Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Talavera in the 29th minute of the match. Gil Talavera did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Liu Yong Yong 29 minutes into the match. Mikael Bergstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, FC Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when David Talamanca came free, but Jarl Bredberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Mikael Bergstedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Blåvitt and the OROTINENSE players grew even worse after the yellow card.

55 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Lägdin came free, but Liu Yong Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of OROTINENSE booed when FC Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Talavera didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Talavera in the 59th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Lägdin came free, but Liu Yong Yong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Bergstedt in the 64th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Folke Lägdin managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Blåvitt's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Lägdin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liu Yong Yong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Liu Yong Yong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Talavera in the 67th minute of play. Gil Talavera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 played minutes OROTINENSE got a freekick which was hit by Minor Talamanca. Gil Talavera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in OROTINENSE's zone, Folke Lägdin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liu Yong Yong came out of the goal and Folke Lägdin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juraj Múdry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jarl Bredberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Juraj Múdry slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 84th minute. Jarl Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Talamanca in the 86th minute. OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Talavera in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Tamminga in the 93rd minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
