An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Trotter in the 7th minute of play forced Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Riley Trotter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jude Crocker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Glauco Aparecido in the 10th minute. Chiquinho Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylvesteri Valkama, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Gines in the 16th minute of play forced Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riley Trotter in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Gines in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquinho Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chiquinho Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Gines went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Chiquinho Peres came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Ladislao Gines. But to his dismay, Ladislao Gines quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Pedro Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glauco Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jude Crocker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Creekers's Ladislao Gines got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Ladislao Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ladislao Gines made a kick off. Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Gines in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Marcelo Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ladislao Gines came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Creekers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Gines couldn't finish the play. Leevi Kampman might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquinho Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leevi Kampman ran back to his position shaking his head. Sylvesteri Valkama charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sylvesteri Valkama the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 史挺宇 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jude Crocker. Creekers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Chiquinho Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Leevi Kampman could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Chiquinho Peres however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Ladislao Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Creekers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Gines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chiquinho Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Uraricuera EC from getting a goal against them. After 74 minutes, Ladislao Gines made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute of the match, Riley Trotter got a very nice opportunity to score, but Chiquinho Peres was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Creekers made a substitution. Reynaldo Driscoll replaced Ladislao Gines. Creekers's Riley Trotter got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Creekers played a much better game than Uraricuera EC and deserved their victory. The Uraricuera EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
