The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zenon Niezywy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The audience was convinced that Dráuzio Pontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zenon Niezywy was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Bo Bek charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bo Bek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes FC Kraków1983 got a freekick which was hit by Bo Bek. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner got control of the ball when Fryderyk Motowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dráuzio Pontes sped through FC Kraków1983's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zenon Niezywy. In the 23rd minute of the game Bo Bek made a throw-in which Juan Čuk played forward. Arne Grabner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fryderyk Motowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 29 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Fryderyk Motowski came free, but Arne Grabner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zenon Niezywy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Zenon Niezywy came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes. But to his dismay, Dráuzio Pontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Zenon Niezywy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio Pontes in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Radomil Mentis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Grabner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Čuk got free with Arne Grabner in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dráuzio Pontes to strike the kick off in the second half. Arne Grabner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fryderyk Motowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Zenon Niezywy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Garin in the 60th minute of the match. Arne Grabner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Dahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falconara Albanese's Honorio Firman was substituted for Anier Omero. FC Kraków1983's Walery Jajecznica was substituted for Radomil Mentis. Juan Čuk got a throw-in 69 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Fryderyk Motowski. In the 70th match minute, Falconara Albanese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Soszka to maneuver through the defense. After 74 minutes FC Kraków1983's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arsenio Eufrasio who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Jajecznica in the 78th minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Kraków1983's Zenon Niezywy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Goren in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Kaarlo Menem cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Zenon Niezywy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Falconara Albanese's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
