Manolito Appes short, quick shot in the 2ndth minute got Xose Valtierra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cañamero C.F.'s Misael Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Bertol in the 5th minute of play. A hard shot 7 in the game by Manolito Appe from a close distance when the talented Xose Valtierra managed to make a qualified save. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's players were relieved. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rainer Bonhof was slow to take the kick. During this time Cañamero C.F.'s players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Illan Fernandez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With an all-out effort, Cañamero C.F.'s Xose Valtierra threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radja Head, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Manolito Appe scored to the left of an out of position Xose Valtierra, making the score, 1-0. Xose Valtierra made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Manolito Appe sent off a good shot on target. After 20 minutes Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rainer Bonhof who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Urtungo Santander got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-1. 20 minutes into the match. Misael Solera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Bertol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Manolito Appe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manolito Appe in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xose Valtierra saved Caldo de Gallina Ranchero from getting behind. Xose Valtierra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolito Appe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Angelo Berardinelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cañamero C.F. the free kick. In the 31st match minute, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Berardinelli to maneuver through the defense. Radja Head fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xose Valtierra having to interfere. With a little luck, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra got control of the ball when Manolito Appe tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Cañamero C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Javier Agudo came free, but Misael Solera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Misael Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Agudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Nicanor Bertol might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Misael Solera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicanor Bertol ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Manolito Appe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xose Valtierra was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Cañamero C.F.'s Adrianinho Couto got a free kick in the 45th minute. Teo Loren hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.
After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Nicanor Bertol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Bertol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Misael Solera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manolito Appe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xose Valtierra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolito Appe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtungo Santander in the 56th minute of play. Xose Valtierra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolito Appe in the 61st minute of the match. Xose Valtierra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manolito Appe's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's goalkeeper Xose Valtierra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Velasco Marcilla kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Misael Solera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Bertol in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manolito Appe in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xose Valtierra saved Caldo de Gallina Ranchero from getting behind. Manolito Appe might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xose Valtierra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manolito Appe ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute Manolito Appe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xose Valtierra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero made a substitution. Xinaro Montemiuño replaced Javier Agudo. Cañamero C.F. were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rainer Bonhof took the corner. Manolito Appe took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xose Valtierra. Xose Valtierra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Xose Valtierra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolito Appe in the 80th minute of play. Xose Valtierra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtungo Santander in the 81st minute of play. Cañamero C.F.'s Misael Solera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Cañamero C.F. from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manolito Appe in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xose Valtierra saved Caldo de Gallina Ranchero from getting behind. Teo Loren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Misael Solera came out and tried to block the shot, but Teo Loren slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 89th minute. If Manolito Appe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cañamero C.F. had won after a very even match.
