With a little luck, Cañamero C.F.'s Misael Solera got control of the ball when Aristides Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Canalla Fuego's zone, Urtungo Santander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Benvido came out of the goal and Urtungo Santander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 9 minutes, Manolito Appe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cañamero C.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolito Appe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manolito Appe in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Benvido saved Canalla Fuego from getting behind. In the 14th minute Ricky Kalischer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Solera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolito Appe in the 16th minute of play. Ciro Rosini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Misael Solera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Misael Solera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cañamero C.F.'s Johnny Morales was substituted for Velasco Marcilla. Feliciano Benedicto kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Clemente Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolito Appe, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Canalla Fuego from getting a goal against them.
