The Gutenberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Chiquito Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noah Le Bret Maboulou, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Leonard Kubánek fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Eldema Mstišov's protests and gave Leonard Kubánek a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes FK Eldema Mstišov got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Kubánek. 20 minutes into the match, FK Eldema Mstišov's goal looked a bit too open when Noah Le Bret Maboulou came free, but Chiquito Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Eldema Mstišov's Leonard Kubánek managed to work through Gutenberg's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Leonard Kubánek dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gutenberg's 郭德常 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 25th minute of play. 郭德常 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Šlapák in the 28th minute. After the first half Gutenberg were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FK Eldema Mstišov's much stronger midfield.
