The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Gzpn Timisoara's Mavrudi Chapalov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquito Flores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Scutaru in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match, Daniel Sterescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Chiquito Flores was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 13 minutes, Gabriel Šlapák managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Eldema Mstišov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Šlapák was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Sterescu got free with Chiquito Flores in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augustin Bălăiță. Gzpn Timisoara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Tatomir in the 21st minute of play forced FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper Chiquito Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Gzpn Timisoara were awarded a corner. Dan Scutaru went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Dan Scutaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chiquito Flores quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 23rd minute Sabin Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquito Flores didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gzpn Timisoara's Daniel Sterescu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. With a little luck, FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores got control of the ball when Daniel Sterescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Adrian Trişcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adrian Trişcu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chiquito Flores was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Gzpn Timisoara's Sabin Tatomir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chiquito Flores. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. Mavrudi Chapalov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Chiquito Flores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chiquito Flores came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gzpn Timisoara's Adrian Trişcu. But to his dismay, Adrian Trişcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Gabriel Šlapák's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Augustin Bălăiță firmly grabbed it by the left post. Augustin Bălăiță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Šlapák in the 64th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Augustin Bălăiță successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Grigore Opaina made a great header on FK Eldema Mstišov's corner, it was just that Gzpn Timisoara's Augustin Bălăiță managed to reach the ball for a save. Chiquito Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Sterescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute Adrian Trişcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquito Flores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Trişcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Leonard Kubánek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Bălăiță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match FK Eldema Mstišov got a corner. Gzpn Timisoara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonard Kubánek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Čeněk Laňka kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Augustin Bălăiță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 85th minute of the match. Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Bălăiță having to interfere. Gzpn Timisoara's Augustin Bălăiță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Gzpn Timisoara from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes into the match, FK Eldema Mstišov's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Trişcu came free, but Chiquito Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Gzpn Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu came free, but Augustin Bălăiță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Eldema Mstišov were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
