To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wiktor Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Cutberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Pepsi FC's Christer Forsberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Pepsi FC from getting a goal against them. Christer Forsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Åke Jansson in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Åke Jansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Forsberg was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 17th match minute, Pepsi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Károly Csorba to maneuver through the defense. Pepsi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zero Hedge the free kick. In the 27th minute, Luan Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hans Nordström came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Zero Hedge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Nordström couldn't finish the play. Anacleto Cutberto hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Allan Hedman with Hu Sheng Nan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 32 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Viberg. Károly Csorba made in the 36th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hu Sheng Nan. After some careless play in the Pepsi FC defense, Gottfrid Stenman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christer Forsberg. The Pepsi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christer Forsberg should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Pepsi FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bertil Åström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Bertil Åström took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Christer Forsberg to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sture Stensson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Zero Hedge's Rickard Viberg got a free kick in the 51st minute. Wiktor Wallander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hu Sheng Nan in the 55th minute. When Zero Hedge's Bertil Åström in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pepsi FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Gottfrid Stenman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiktor Wallander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Cutberto in the 63rd minute of play. Christer Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Åström in the 76th minute of play forced Pepsi FC's goalkeeper Christer Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pepsi FC's goalkeeper Christer Forsberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zero Hedge were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Pepsi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hans Nordström took the corner.
