With a little luck, Wisła Kraków's Roch Zdeb got control of the ball when Nilson Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match, Nilson Leite got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roch Zdeb was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bilbo Arzube was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute, Ermanno Puglielli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bilbo Arzube was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 44 played minutes Wisła Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Makomaski. An unexpectedly hard shot by De-Jesús Håland in the 45th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Roch Zdeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 79th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fran Yeste to maneuver through the defense. Bilbo Arzube showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Puglielli in the 86th minute of the match.
