An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Pabla in the 3rd minute of play forced AB Tårnby's goalkeeper Kenn Fronval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenn Fronval stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorio Pabla's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 13 minutes into the game, POPULAR F.C's Victorio Pabla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenn Fronval made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gustaf Tiede's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pancracio Paniagua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute AB Tårnby were awarded a corner. Sebastian Gilen went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on AB Tårnby's corner Sebastian Gilen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pancracio Paniagua quite easily take care of the ball. If Mei Xun Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Pabla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute Victorio Pabla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenn Fronval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute Victorio Pabla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenn Fronval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, AB Tårnby's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Pabla came free, but Kenn Fronval reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Victorio Pabla suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Reinar Wormstrup fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AB Tårnby's protests and gave Reinar Wormstrup a yellow card for diving instead. POPULAR F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilson Cordeiro in the 34th minute. The corner led POPULAR F.C's Gilson Cordeiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Kenn Fronval despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to POPULAR F.C getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Léo Gonçalves hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mané Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 55th minute Mané Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenn Fronval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mané Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kenn Fronval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AB Tårnby's Kenn Fronval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Rezende in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ebbe Guldbrand to maneuver through the defense. Ebbe Guldbrand kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Kenn Fronval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. POPULAR F.C were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after AB Tårnby's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Léo Gonçalves took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Rezende in the 78th minute of play forced AB Tårnby's goalkeeper Kenn Fronval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mané Rezende took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenn Fronval. Kenn Fronval dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Kenn Fronval came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by POPULAR F.C's Mané Rezende. But to his dismay, Mané Rezende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Kenn Fronval stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Rezende's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that POPULAR F.C were the better team. POPULAR F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
