Damian Dubiel succeeded in the game's 3rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. F. C. Clonmels Devils's Andrea Sabatini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Alkvist in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, F. C. Clonmels Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Wielowiejski to maneuver through the defense. Bartlomiej Olejarz took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corderun Geras. Corderun Geras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Bartlomiej Olejarz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Patrik Alkvist made a precise shot to the right of Andrea Sabatini. F. C. Clonmels Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Andrea Sabatini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georg Rudkvist's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Janusz Wielowiejski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Corderun Geras when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Corderun Geras managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when F. C. Clonmels Devils's Janusz Wielowiejski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Janusz Wielowiejski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Corderun Geras skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. F. C. Clonmels Devils's Damian Dubiel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Corderun Geras in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With his leg Corderun Geras managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when F. C. Clonmels Devils's Janusz Wielowiejski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Lars-Erik Haegg fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rinkeby FC's protests and gave Lars-Erik Haegg a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rinkeby FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! In the 38th minute, the referee gave F. C. Clonmels Devils a penalty. Damian Dubiel looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Corderun Geras. Janusz Wielowiejski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Corderun Geras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. When Janusz Wielowiejski fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F. C. Clonmels Devils's protests and gave Janusz Wielowiejski a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Emanuel Falkrantz made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartlomiej Olejarz in the 52nd minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Corderun Geras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Bartlomiej Olejarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corderun Geras was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. When F. C. Clonmels Devils's Janusz Wielowiejski in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Damian Dubiel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Corderun Geras. 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Wielowiejski in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corderun Geras saved Rinkeby FC from getting behind. 65 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Kihlman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rinkeby FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F. C. Clonmels Devils the free kick. In the 66th minute, Hjalmar Kihlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, F. C. Clonmels Devils's goalkeeper Andrea Sabatini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Falkrantz. In the 69th minute Bartlomiej Olejarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corderun Geras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rinkeby FC's Hjalmar Kihlman got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Hjalmar Kihlman off the ground. Hjalmar Kihlman hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Rinkeby FC defense, Janusz Wielowiejski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corderun Geras. The Rinkeby FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corderun Geras should have stopped the shot. If Emanuel Falkrantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janusz Wielowiejski in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corderun Geras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the match, F. C. Clonmels Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Alkvist came free, but Andrea Sabatini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, F. C. Clonmels Devils's Janusz Wielowiejski got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Janusz Wielowiejski came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the F. C. Clonmels Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Janusz Wielowiejski couldn't finish the play. If Janusz Wielowiejski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
