Banan Balle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Mazon in the 22nd minute of the match. Ricardo Bochini hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Jairo Baraquiel took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Banan Balle to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute of the match, Jairo Baraquiel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Banan Balle was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lawrence Lawless showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Lawrence Lawless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Sha Chong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Xu Sha Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Lawless saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Descamisados CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Lawrence Lawless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gondian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45thth minute of the game Joel Gondian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descamisados CF's Lawrence Lawless was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, INTERNAUTAS FDC's Joel Gondian got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Baraquiel was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Joel Gondian could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Lawrence Lawless however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Baraquiel in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Banan Balle saved INTERNAUTAS FDC from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Sebastião Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Descamisados CF's Celestino Artaldo was substituted for Jairo Baraquiel. Descamisados CF's Felix Răica was substituted for Anselmo Thomas. Descamisados CF's Adrian Txartiko was substituted for Primeiro Imperiale. In the 68th minute Evis Tavira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Lawless saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Artaldo in the 69th minute of play forced INTERNAUTAS FDC's goalkeeper Banan Balle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Mazon was slow to take the kick. During this time Descamisados CF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Descamisados CF's Raphael Mazon to fire away a dangerous shot which Banan Balle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Lawrence Lawless had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Gondian. Descamisados CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raphael Mazon in the 85th minute. INTERNAUTAS FDC's Banan Balle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Artaldo in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Hernan Machado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lawrence Lawless was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1.
