Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a defensive mix-up in Avel Vat's zone, José Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danny Pasquier came out of the goal and José Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danny Pasquier came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Ema City's José Carneiro. But to his dismay, José Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Ema City booed when Avel Vat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillaume Minier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danny Pasquier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carneiro in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Avel Vat getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Guillaume Minier hit a great ball. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Minier in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, José Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ema City's supporters rose to their feet, but José Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danny Pasquier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Avel Vat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danny Pasquier should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Ema City's José Carneiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. If José Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Avel Vat from getting a goal against them. Ema City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
