Benjamin Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Hamard, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Benjamin Price came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Cats and dogs's Nicolas Hamard. But to his dismay, Nicolas Hamard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Cats and dogs booed when Characate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Santikurtz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, David Lidman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joe Camp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zacarias Francesco in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Francesco was the one to do the kick off. Joe Camp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Francesco in the 51st minute of the match. Benjamin Price made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Felix Emmanuel sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Characate FC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Vera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cats and dogs's zone, Leopoldo Afonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Francesco in the 65th minute of play forced Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Joe Camp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Cats and dogs's Felix Emmanuel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Price. Benjamin Price yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Francesco in the 77th minute of play forced Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Joe Camp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bérenger Ethève hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Joe Camp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emre Can, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaétan Bouchard got free with Benjamin Price in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Characate FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
