Electric Frankenstein's Xavier Amorini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Paranaense in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Electric Frankenstein's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Filletti came free, but Xavier Amorini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wilian Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xavier Amorini was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Xavier Amorini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Electric Frankenstein fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavier Amorini should have stopped the shot. The Lunáticos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lunáticos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
