The audience thought a goal was coming when Matúš Závodský got free with Julio Garay in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Garay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Imrek in the 21st minute. Stanislav Saktor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilmantas Girdauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Golo Strojek put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Garay. Rosario Central were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after FK Mazda Svidník's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toto Mansilla took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Baltasar Amaya advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-1 in the 35th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Baraquiel to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Garay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matúš Závodský in the 57th minute of play. Vilmantas Girdauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Stanislav Saktor made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matúš Závodský in the 77th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Julio Garay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rosario Central's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Igor Demo was slow to take the kick. During this time FK Mazda Svidník's players had a chance to rest. Julio Garay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matúš Závodský, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
