When Charl Minnen fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moerhuize's protests and gave Charl Minnen a yellow card for diving instead. Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantijn Meijers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Erhan Ascı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Constantijn Meijers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ascı in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gandalf Bilbo. Hal Waterland was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Moerhuize fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Gothic Souls a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erdinç Sarıalp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Moerhuize's Constantijn Meijers. 0-2. Erhan Ascı might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantijn Meijers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erhan Ascı ran back to his position shaking his head. Erhan Ascı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantijn Meijers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Constantijn Meijers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erhan Ascı went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 31 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Levent Itzov. Erhan Ascı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantijn Meijers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Moerhuize's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filomeno Olivos was slow to take the kick. During this time Gothic Souls's players had a chance to rest. In the 38th minute, Erhan Ascı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gothic Souls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After some careless play in the Moerhuize defense, Erhan Ascı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantijn Meijers. The Moerhuize fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantijn Meijers should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Erhan Ascı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantijn Meijers was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

In the 54th match minute, Moerhuize was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Dziatkowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th play minute Erhan Ascı came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Constantijn Meijers. 0-7. Erhan Ascı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantijn Meijers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Constantijn Meijers was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Erhan Ascı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erhan Ascı really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Erhan Ascı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constantijn Meijers having to make a save. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Charl Minnen with Antoni Dziatkowicz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Constantijn Meijers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erhan Ascı went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Constantijn Meijers made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when D.J. 赵云 sent off a good shot on target. D.J. 赵云 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Constantijn Meijers came out and tried to block the shot, but D.J. 赵云 slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Valdir Bigotte notched a goal, 1-10, to the right of Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey. Lemi Uğurlubey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Constantijn Meijers made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Erhan Ascı sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Constantijn Meijers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Erhan Ascı kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantijn Meijers. That made the score 1-11 in the 94 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erhan Ascı in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantijn Meijers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gothic Souls had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
