POPODARA F.C's Ruperto Gonza got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stamen Kapitanov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sten Askestät made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Builder Sofia booed when POPODARA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Mazierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Revheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Askestät in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by POPODARA F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Thomas Revheim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gard Bredesen in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stamen Kapitanov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC Builder Sofia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
