Wit Pstrongowski started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Doug Las Casas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matej Demčák. Doug Las Casas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Doug Las Casas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Matej Demčák tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Borzykówka's Matej Demčák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Borzykówka from getting a goal against them. Matej Demčák made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when 王 江志锋 sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Borzykówka's Matej Demčák got control of the ball when 王 江志锋 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 王 江志锋 got free with Matej Demčák in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matej Demčák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 王 江志锋 in the 27th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Borzykówka got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Falke. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doug Las Casas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Borzykówka's goalkeeper Matej Demčák, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Börje Axelsson fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pajala Sunrise's protests and gave Börje Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Axelsson to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Doug Las Casas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matej Demčák was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Wit Pstrongowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cholachat Coolcat firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 80th minute Roger Heggert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matej Demčák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Heggert in the 83rd minute of play forced Borzykówka's goalkeeper Matej Demčák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Heggert in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matej Demčák saved Borzykówka from getting behind. After 85 minutes, Marian Swoboda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borzykówka and the Pajala Sunrise players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Borzykówka fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Pajala Sunrise a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roger Heggert, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Borzykówka's Matej Demčák. 2-0. In the 96th minute, Marian Swoboda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matej Demčák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Friberger in the 98th minute of play. Pajala Sunrise's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
