The referee ignored Unificação's protests and gave Konstantin Krebs a yellow card for diving instead. 7 minutes into the match, Unificação's goal looked a bit too open when Jakes Vila came free, but Frazer Martin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amadeo Lara in the 10th minute. Amadeo Lara made a great header on ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's corner, it was just that Unificação's Frazer Martin managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Amadeo Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frazer Martin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute of the match ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a corner. Unificação's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amadeo Lara ran over to the corner to take the kick. 44 minutes into the game, Pedro Pacheco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unificação's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO the free kick. After a rather tough play, Unificação's Pedro Pacheco got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakes Vila in the 47th minute of play forced Unificação's goalkeeper Frazer Martin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
