David Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 3rd minute of play. David Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Matas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Matthew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Matas in the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Matas in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Matthew saved Huarriors AFC from getting behind. After 30 minutes, Isaias Matas made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Huarriors AFC's David Matthew tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. David Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Kotlar in the 35th minute of play forced Huarriors AFC's goalkeeper David Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Matthew was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th match minute, Huarriors AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Strobos to maneuver through the defense. Moreno Torricelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute Isaias Matas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catalino Rivarola hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Alejandro Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Arano made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moreno Torricelli in the 54th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Huarriors AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Carl Cassilly hit a great ball. Michel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Molin in the 61st minute of play. Huarriors AFC's David Matthew proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Huarriors AFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Olavarria FC's Mauro Kotlar got a free kick in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Olavarria FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mauro Kotlar hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Silvano Arano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huarriors AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 81 minutes, Ervigio Ojeda made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Huarriors AFC's David Matthew tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg David Matthew managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ervigio Ojeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. David Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ervigio Ojeda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Olavarria FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
