In the 12th minute, Mateo Lalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaias Matas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Aldo Mannie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's Gu Chang Peng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michel Hendrickx narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46thth minute of the game Gu Chang Peng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mateo Lalla hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Arthur Eekhout's late challenge caught a Ripa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur Eekhout helped the player get up and apologised. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
