Väckelsång IK's Charlie Chaplin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Paxinos in the 20th minute of play. Copetonas AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeronimo Franco in the 22nd minute. After taking down the ball on Copetonas AFC's corner Jeronimo Franco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charlie Chaplin quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Breno da Mata's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Chaplin was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Breno da Mata might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charlie Chaplin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Copetonas AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 41 minutes into the match, Copetonas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Pihlwall came free, but Marcelo Cordairo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Charlie Chaplin managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Copetonas AFC's Breno da Mata fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Pompiliu Ciutacu came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Copetonas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pompiliu Ciutacu couldn't finish the play. Väckelsång IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Pompiliu Ciutacu scored to the left of an out of position Charlie Chaplin, making the score, 3-1. In the 63rd minute, Diego Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
