Pawel Kornecki ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcin Andrychowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Kosmatka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Edmund Lato's late challenge caught a INTER FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Lato helped the player get up and apologised. KM Efektowni's attentive Jan Cizeski managed to snatch the ball when Kléber do Valle made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. If Marcin Andrychowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. INTER FC's Leon Kosmatka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save INTER FC from getting a goal against them. INTER FC's Hortêncio Linhares was substituted for Marco Seco. When Edmund Lato was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played.
