Mitch Lauwers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Ståhlberg in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Löfdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Minion Mim getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Rudy Audenaert hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Martin Olsman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AZAT MARD FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Pär Löfdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 20th minute of play. Jon Waller scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mitch Lauwers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Olsman's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Olsman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, AZAT MARD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Olsman to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Joonatan Van Landewijck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pär Löfdahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Jon Waller could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Mitch Lauwers however easily saved by the left post. In the 46th match minute, Minion Mim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joonatan Van Landewijck to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Minion Mim booed when AZAT MARD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Björkkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Minion Mim's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jasper Rosario in the 50th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Olsman in the 54th minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AZAT MARD FC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Minion Mim's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon Waller took the corner. AZAT MARD FC's Jon Waller was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mitch Lauwers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Peter Roofhoof kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Mitch Lauwers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Olsman in the 65th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Waller came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 73 minutes on the clock, Börje Vesterberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of AZAT MARD FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Minion Mim:s goal. If Peter Roofhoof had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Joonatan Van Landewijck could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Pär Löfdahl however easily saved by the left post. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Sebastian Åkerman sped through Minion Mim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mitch Lauwers. Joonatan Van Landewijck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Löfdahl having to interfere. John Björkkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Mitch Lauwers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Lagerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Lagerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Mitch Lauwers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudy Audenaert hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
