The corner led Stellenbosch's Mao Zhen to fire away a dangerous shot which Waldir Gaúcho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Flóki Cabezudo struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Waldir Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stellenbosch. Amaury Hulsen took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Pelayo. Pedro Pelayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Severo Mingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stellenbosch's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mao Zhen in the 24th minute. Waldir Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flóki Cabezudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Waldir Gaúcho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stellenbosch's Fidel Martxelin was substituted for Severo Mingo. Valhalla Time's Waldir Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Bernat in the 67th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Bernat came free, but Waldir Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Gaúcho having to interfere. 叶宇夕 charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 叶宇夕 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Waldir Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Bernat struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Valhalla Time's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amaury Hulsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Valhalla Time getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ezequiel Hitz hit a great ball. Waldir Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Bernat in the 92nd minute of the match. Osvaldo Bernat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Waldir Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Stellenbosch players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
