Kjell Åkesson scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute Fausto Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Wallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Futbol Club RRFV's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The Futbol Club RRFV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JKs Talanger were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuel Souza made a kick off. Fausto Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darko Mišura didn't get a good kick on the ball.
