Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geir-Inge Skulstad in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Kiliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Geir-Inge Skulstad put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Christian Kiliz. A collision led to Altos Gatos FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bonifacio Olle hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Vegard Bruvoll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Geir-Inge Skulstad came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Oslo City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geir-Inge Skulstad couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Oslo City FC's Gilmar Mendes got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Oslo City FC booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Garnero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Geir-Inge Skulstad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Kiliz. Altos Gatos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geir-Inge Skulstad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Oslo City FC's zone, Milosz Majczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Søren Valen came out of the goal and Milosz Majczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christian Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geir-Inge Skulstad in the 28th minute of play. Oslo City FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joachim Engelund in the 30th minute. When Javier Santo came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Altos Gatos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Santo couldn't finish the play. Vegard Bruvoll scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Kiliz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Javier Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Søren Valen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elof Gustafsson came free, but Christian Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Søren Valen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute of the match Altos Gatos FC got a corner. Oslo City FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Javier Santo ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Justino Corderun managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Javier Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Oslo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Baristo to maneuver through the defense. Christian Kiliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fu Lin in the 57th minute. Søren Valen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Javier Santo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Søren Valen. Oslo City FC's Søren Valen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Abancens in the 72nd minute of play. Søren Valen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Abancens went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Elof Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Søren Valen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Abancens in the 83rd minute of the match. Christian Kiliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elof Gustafsson in the 84th minute. Geir-Inge Skulstad hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Søren Valen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Abancens in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Abancens in the 91st minute of play forced Oslo City FC's goalkeeper Søren Valen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes, Carolo Abancens made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. Oslo City FC's Søren Valen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Altos Gatos FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Oslo City FC to win.
