Altos Gatos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Jan Koller scored to the left of an out of position Christian Kiliz, making the score, 1-0. Primo Buiza hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Christian Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oinomoas Konstantatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Deportivo Ortegano got a corner. Altos Gatos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomasz Bambas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Tomasz Bambas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz did a great save. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Paz Ungo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute of the match Altos Gatos FC got a corner. Deportivo Ortegano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Javier Santo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Altos Gatos FC's Daniel Garnero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Nicasio Guipuzcoa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Christian Kiliz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Deportivo Ortegano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomasz Bambas in the 29th minute. Tomasz Bambas made a great header on Deportivo Ortegano's corner, it was just that Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz managed to reach the ball for a save. Primo Buiza made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jan Koller immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz got control of the ball when Orland Uceda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jan Koller could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Christian Kiliz however easily saved by the left post. Christian Kiliz made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Orland Uceda sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Javier Santo made a precise shot to the right of Paz Ungo. Deportivo Ortegano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 44th minute, Orland Uceda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Kiliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.

Deportivo Ortegano's Froilan Vincente was substituted for Nicasio Guipuzcoa. Deportivo Ortegano's Dario Draxler was substituted for Orland Uceda. The wind increased when Javier Santo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Deportivo Ortegano booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Corderun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Altos Gatos FC defense, Jan Koller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Kiliz. The Altos Gatos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Kiliz should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Javier Santo in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Ortegano's Christian Arandoja. Javier Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carolo Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Paz Ungo made a huge save. Paz Ungo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Corderun in the 70th minute of the match. Altos Gatos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bonifacio Olle in the 76th minute. In the 82nd minute Agustin Villalobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paz Ungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Paz Ungo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Abancens. 91 minutes into the game, Altos Gatos FC's Carolo Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paz Ungo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. If Dario Draxler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paz Ungo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justino Corderun in the 95th minute. Justino Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paz Ungo having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
