Enrico Alfani didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chacarita Futsal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adrián Frick was slow to take the kick. During this time PomeziaRamblers's players had a chance to rest. Enrico Alfani kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. With his leg Miguel Ángel Santoro managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Esteve Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Claus Himschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteve Paublo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Claus Himschoot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita Futsal. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Perez in the 42nd minute of play. Bruno Scibilia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Santoro made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
