When Aquiles Cordero fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Consejo del Mate's protests and gave Aquiles Cordero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute Peyo Fonelleda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Carlos Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ervin Alla hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match.
