Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Robert Doicaru started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Doicaru in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ksawery Witkowski saved Magallanes from getting behind. Juan Mondaca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karol Ruszkowski came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Magallanes's Juan Mondaca. But to his dismay, Juan Mondaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hadi Özilhan in the 18th minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Ksawery Witkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Dessauer, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Anacleto Dessauer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magallanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Juan Mondaca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karol Ruszkowski was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute of the match Magallanes got a corner. Zgierskie Zlewy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Seran Turres ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Zgierskie Zlewy's goalie and right to Jasone Basualto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Zgierskie Zlewy's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 28th minute Juan Mondaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Mondaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Magallanes's Ksawery Witkowski got control of the ball when Rolf King tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Juan Mondaca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magallanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Mondaca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karol Ruszkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ksawery Witkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Mondaca in the 42nd minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Juan Mondaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magallanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Mondaca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Juan Mondaca made the kick off in the second half. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guille Aravena in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Elpidio Banda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magallanes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zgierskie Zlewy the free kick. Elpidio Banda hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Robert Doicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Witkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski got control of the ball when Anacleto Dessauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hadi Özilhan in the 69th minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Ksawery Witkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Anacleto Dessauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Krzysztof Petrasz replaced Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. Magallanes's Ida Bagus Leal was substituted for Elpidio Banda. Magallanes made a substitution. Christiano Soffia replaced Alejandro Campbell. Zgierskie Zlewy's Dobromir Rukszcz was substituted for Norbert Podowski. In the 76th minute, Kadim Sebil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karol Ruszkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Barnaba Bazylnikov replaced Robert Doicaru. Ksawery Witkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf King in the 81st minute of play. Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadim Sebil in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Magallanes's Kadim Sebil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karol Ruszkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karol Ruszkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadim Sebil in the 96th minute of the match. The Magallanes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Magallanes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
