Emil Chlapowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joerie Gijselinkx in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter Spethmann in the 30th minute of play forced Bone Breakers's goalkeeper Emil Chlapowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Pieter Spethmann put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Chlapowski. In the 37th minute Boy Bonk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Van Den Abeele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pieter Spethmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Chlapowski having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Bone Breakers's goal looked a bit too open when Pieter Spethmann came free, but Emil Chlapowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Apricis Bruxella got a freekick which was hit by Coronel Camba. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boy Bonk to make the kick off. Anthony Mazzocchi made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Apricis Bruxella's Diedrik Jamieson. Bone Breakers's Emil Chlapowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter Spethmann in the 59th minute of play. Bone Breakers made a substitution. Ernesto Alfonso replaced Enrique Prata. Emil Chlapowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Apricis Bruxella's Laurens Vercammen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Bone Breakers's Yan Xiang Guang was substituted for Anthony Mazzocchi. After 92 played minutes Apricis Bruxella got a freekick which was hit by Laurens Vercammen. In the 93rd minute of the match Stefan Misiorowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laurence Van Den Abeele skillfully saved the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Bone Breakers's Ernesto Alfonso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurence Van Den Abeele narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stefan Misiorowski made a great header on Bone Breakers's corner, it was just that Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele managed to reach the ball for a save. The Apricis Bruxella supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Apricis Bruxella would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
