Rikard Herdlevær hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Lex Punke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rock Hard FC's Kenneth Drange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lex Punke in the 31st minute of play. Give Peace a Chance's Mattias Hilger was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Johannes Bryn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Untermann having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Johannes Bryn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Give Peace a Chance's Bruno Untermann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Joschi Breneizeris got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

With a little luck, Give Peace a Chance's Bruno Untermann got control of the ball when Johannes Bryn tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Johannes Bryn kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Untermann. That made the score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play.
