In the 3rd minute, VIEDMA FC's Ceferino Ceandro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ceferino Ceandro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VIEDMA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ceferino Ceandro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of VIEDMA FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Swift GTi:s goal. VIEDMA FC:s Anak Opat showed great skill when he stopped Xie Chuan:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xie Chuan in the 9th minute of play forced VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper Anak Opat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhuang Xi Xi in the 13th minute of play forced VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper Anak Opat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Rodas Justo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidro Calvino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Joestar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xie Chuan in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anak Opat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anak Opat came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Swift GTi's Xie Chuan. But to his dismay, Xie Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Calvino to strike the kick off in the second half. Zhuang Xi Xi kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Xie Chuan's late challenge caught a VIEDMA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xie Chuan helped the player get up and apologised. Xie Chuan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Jonathan Joestar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Calvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Beşir Sehrud came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Swift GTi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beşir Sehrud couldn't finish the play. Anak Opat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beşir Sehrud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Beşir Sehrud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Swift GTi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Swift GTi booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicias Latousakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anak Opat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beşir Sehrud in the 76th minute. In the 94th minute, Xie Chuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Beşir Sehrud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Swift GTi's Anak Opat threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beşir Sehrud, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
