The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Dracena in the 19th minute of play forced 위아래's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sedeni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Prishtina FC's Donato Conrao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edelmiro Sedeni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Donato Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Prishtina FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Niceto Policarpio made the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Severino Guipuzkoa in the 52nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 62nd match minute, 위아래 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Chorache to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the match, Esat Naum tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edelmiro Sedeni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 76th minute, Jeremias Arnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, 위아래's Jeremias Arnas got a free kick in the 78th minute. Alonzo Afonso's late challenge caught a Prishtina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaston Asteri charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Asteri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes 위아래 got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Asteri. Edelmiro Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lilo Berberi in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Prishtina FC's Lilo Berberi got a free kick in the 89th minute. Lilo Berberi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edelmiro Sedeni came out and tried to block the shot, but Lilo Berberi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 93rd minute. Prishtina FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
