After 4 minutes of play, Murcia Promesas's Mugurel Nediu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylwester Chazon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sylwester Chazon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mugurel Nediu's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Murcia Promesas's Mugurel Nediu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Epifanio Bartumeu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Pretoria Gostyń's Tomás Clodio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Epifanio Bartumeu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Mugurel Nediu struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Sylwester Chazon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Murcia Promesas. Sylwester Chazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Nediu in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pretoria Gostyń's goalkeeper Sylwester Chazon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pretoria Gostyń's Sylwester Chazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 32nd minute of play. Mugurel Nediu might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sylwester Chazon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugurel Nediu ran back to his position shaking his head. Sylwester Chazon came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Murcia Promesas's Mugurel Nediu. But to his dismay, Mugurel Nediu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Tomás Clodio made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 51st minute of play forced Pretoria Gostyń's goalkeeper Sylwester Chazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pretoria Gostyń getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Arkadiusz Kuszczak hit a great ball. Pretoria Gostyń's Sylwester Chazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Murcia Promesas's Oro Arias got a free kick in the 55th minute. The long shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 56th minute really tested Epifanio Bartumeu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Epifanio Bartumeu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sylwester Chazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pretoria Gostyń's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Mundo was slow to take the kick. During this time Murcia Promesas's players had a chance to rest. Murcia Promesas's Martin Mundo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sylwester Chazon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sylwester Chazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Nediu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Mugurel Nediu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Chazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Pablo Paz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Paz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Pretoria Gostyń defense, Mugurel Nediu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sylwester Chazon. The Pretoria Gostyń fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sylwester Chazon should have stopped the shot. In the 79th match minute, Murcia Promesas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugurel Nediu to maneuver through the defense. After 82 minutes Pretoria Gostyń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martin Mundo who took care of the corner kick. In the 84th minute, Lukasz Rekawiczka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Lionel-Andrés Messi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mugurel Nediu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sylwester Chazon having to make a save. Sylwester Chazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Nediu in the 94th minute of play. The Murcia Promesas players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
