Ismael Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigore Stoicu in the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Erwin Bienvenu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gyál United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Horaţiu Petran made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ernani Baiano sent off a good shot on target. Horaţiu Petran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Félix in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Erwin Bienvenu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cléberson Fantini got free with Horaţiu Petran in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the game, Zoltán Varga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
