The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Macaco F.C.'s Ioan Mavrodin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 9 minutes into the game, Macaco F.C.'s David Lizana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerzy Bondel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 16th minute Luisinho Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Bondel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ratowo booed when Macaco F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisinho Lira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macaco F.C.'s Jorge Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Dula in the 24th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Luisinho Lira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Macaco F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After a rather tough play, Macaco F.C.'s Hermínio Cavalcante got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Dula in the 46th minute of play forced Macaco F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Jerzy Bondel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermínio Cavalcante went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Luisinho Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jerzy Bondel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerzy Bondel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Mavrodin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ioan Mavrodin in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerzy Bondel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafal Dula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jorge Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisinho Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Bondel having to interfere. Haciqämbär Carabajal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stasio Wisniewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Bondel having to interfere. Ioan Mavrodin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th match minute, Ratowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafal Dula to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Macaco F.C.'s Ioan Mavrodin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerzy Bondel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jerzy Bondel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ioan Mavrodin in the 94th minute of the match. Ioan Mavrodin scored 6-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerzy Bondel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
