Vodka Stars 1949's Curcio Alonso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Su Premetis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 18 minutes into the game, Paul Geeraerts recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Su Premetis. Paul Geeraerts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 21 minutes into the game, Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Beloki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 23rd minute Ralf Sundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Beloki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Antonello Romano got a free kick in the 46th minute. Vodka Stars 1949's Curcio Alonso was responsible for 2-7 with a brilliant performance in the 48th minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Su Premetis. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-7.

The wind increased when Curcio Alonso made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Ralf Sundin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fusk&Bygg AB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Sundin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Geeraerts in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ralf Sundin in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Beloki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, Ralf Sundin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Generoso Beloki, 2-8. Vodka Stars 1949 made a substitution. Martin Batalla replaced Erik Véber. In the 68th minute, Ralf Sundin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vodka Stars 1949 made a substitution. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fusk&Bygg AB made a substitution. Niklas Myhr replaced Jan Sigfridsson. Generoso Beloki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Sundin in the 82nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Guido Golang got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Generoso Beloki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Geeraerts in the 86th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Fusk&Bygg AB got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Lekberg. Fusk&Bygg AB's Joha Nejmann was substituted for Antonello Romano. Curcio Alonso struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Su Premetis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vodka Stars 1949. 91 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Curcio Alonso came free, but Su Premetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remir Martínez's late challenge caught a Fusk&Bygg AB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remir Martínez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Vodka Stars 1949 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remir Martínez to maneuver through the defense.
