Olimpia HSB's Calito Izquierdoz got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Wilfredo Vellito in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Maci -MM-'s Felix Lucaci. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sami Zübeyr managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Maci -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sami Zübeyr was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tolek Kiszkiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Fabian Czeszejko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Zübeyr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fabian Czeszejko made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Sami Zübeyr cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tolek Kiszkiel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
