The corner led AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Nils-Erik Zander to fire away a dangerous shot which Suryo Zaelani despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bolli Stopar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Carlsson in the 9th minute of the match. Suryo Zaelani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sture Dahlkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a little luck, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Bolli Stopar got control of the ball when Alberto Di Blasio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gala's Suryo Zaelani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Nordal in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Jakob Pihlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Suryo Zaelani. Gala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakob Pihlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bozhil Krushovski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bolli Stopar made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Gala's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Pihlberg came free, but Suryo Zaelani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gala's Duta Halim got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Suryo Zaelani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Nordal, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Nordal in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Suryo Zaelani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute Tord Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolli Stopar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolli Stopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhil Krushovski in the 46th minute of play. Suryo Zaelani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Nordal in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bozhil Krushovski was the one to do the kick off. Sture Dahlkvist hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, Gala's Bozhil Krushovski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bolli Stopar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakob Pihlberg got free with Suryo Zaelani in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gala made a substitution. Toto Tualasamony replaced Bozhil Krushovski. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Gala's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nils-Erik Zander took the corner. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Bengt-Åke Olsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Suryo Zaelani in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Suryo Zaelani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Pihlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jakob Pihlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Suryo Zaelani made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goal looked a bit too open when Tord Carlsson came free, but Bolli Stopar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gala's Suryo Zaelani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Gala from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Gala defense, David Nordal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Suryo Zaelani. The Gala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Suryo Zaelani should have stopped the shot. Suryo Zaelani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Dahlkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Gala's goalkeeper Suryo Zaelani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Nordal. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
