The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nechifor Isbășoiu scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilian Martinez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilian Martinez was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Teodosio Olo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teodosio Olo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Ted Lasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nechifor Isbășoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Emilian Martinez made a huge save. When Carlos Pacheco fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KINDERUZ's protests and gave Carlos Pacheco a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Carlos Pacheco got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Isidoro Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Sexto, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jerónimo Caeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilian Martinez came out and tried to block the shot, but Jerónimo Caeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 28th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as KINDERUZ's Carlos Pacheco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emilian Martinez. That made the score 5-0 after 32 minutes of play. The supporters of Don Malbec booed when KINDERUZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerónimo Caeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Camilo Sexto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes KINDERUZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramon Nafarroa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ramon Nafarroa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidoro Nóbrega quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Don Malbec's Emilian Martinez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Don Malbec from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Camilo Sexto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Nóbrega was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 43rd minute Carlos Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Emilian Martinez managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when KINDERUZ's Teodosio Olo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felix Nahia hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camilo Sexto to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, KINDERUZ's Isidoro Nóbrega got control of the ball when Ted Lasso tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Camilo Sexto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isidoro Nóbrega. That made the score 5-1 in the 54 minute of play. Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nechifor Isbășoiu in the 58th minute of play. Isidoro Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Sexto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KINDERUZ's goalkeeper Isidoro Nóbrega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Don Malbec were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after KINDERUZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramon Nafarroa took the corner. Don Malbec's Ramon Nafarroa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidoro Nóbrega in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerónimo Caeiro in the 68th minute of play. Ted Lasso's late challenge caught a KINDERUZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ted Lasso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Ted Lasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Olo came free, but Emilian Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Pacheco in the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to KINDERUZ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Carlos Pacheco hit a great ball. KINDERUZ's Isidoro Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save KINDERUZ from getting a goal against them. Isidoro Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ted Lasso in the 84th minute. Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Olo in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Teodosio Olo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilian Martinez. Don Malbec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodosio Olo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. KINDERUZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
