Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudencio Lehior in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bai Bin Jing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Herrier's Bai Bin Jing threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Astor Diagur, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Beto Alonso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justo Izotz was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Brian Sarmiento's late challenge caught a Herrier's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Ruben got free with Justo Izotz in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herrier's goalkeeper Justo Izotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
