In the 3rd minute, Eliseu Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fischverband Ostschweiz's Grayson Gruenigen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Fischverband Ostschweiz from getting a goal against them. Guilherme Meira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute of the match Natingui FC got a corner. Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Fantini ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lars-Erik Gustafsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grayson Gruenigen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Cristian Gaspar hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Alisson Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timofej Felder, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Eliseu Guerra hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseu Guerra. When Radomil Ligas came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Fischverband Ostschweiz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomil Ligas couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Natingui FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Eliseu Guerra hit a great ball. The supporters of Natingui FC booed when Fischverband Ostschweiz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leigh Abendroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fischverband Ostschweiz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonas Fantini was slow to take the kick. During this time Natingui FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 34th minute Radomil Ligas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Eliseu Guerra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Grayson Gruenigen. Eliseu Guerra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After having played for 39 minutes, Radomil Ligas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fischverband Ostschweiz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomil Ligas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Radomil Ligas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Leigh Abendroth suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Fischverband Ostschweiz made a substitution. Adrianus Desnoyers replaced Leigh Abendroth. A collision led to Natingui FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lars-Erik Gustafsson hit a great ball. In the 47th minute of the match Timofej Felder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alisson Taffarel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseu Guerra was the one to do the kick off. Grayson Gruenigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Guerra in the 52nd minute of the match. When Fischverband Ostschweiz's Guilherme Meira in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Natingui FC's goalie prevented a goal. 57 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Guerra came free, but Grayson Gruenigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alisson Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Meira's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Eliseu Guerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grayson Gruenigen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseu Guerra ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Guerra in the 61st minute of play forced Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Guilherme Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 66 minutes Fischverband Ostschweiz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Fantini who took care of the corner kick. Jonas Fantini made a great header on Natingui FC's corner, it was just that Fischverband Ostschweiz's Grayson Gruenigen managed to reach the ball for a save. The Natingui FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Natingui FC's Alisson Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Meira in the 85th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Guilherme Meira drilling the ball in to score 3-1 behind Natingui FC's goalkeeper. Radomil Ligas scored 3-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alisson Taffarel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fischverband Ostschweiz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Natingui FC.
