Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gong Ao Guang started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Gong Ao Guang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA MAQUINA F.C's Higinio Porfiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Rigoberto Turi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA MAQUINA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Turi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gong Ao Guang scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Porfiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, LA MAQUINA F.C's goalkeeper Higinio Porfiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Ao Guang. Gong Ao Guang received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Higinio Porfiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Gong Ao Guang slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. Higinio Porfiro was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Gong Ao Guang capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gong Ao Guang really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Higinio Porfiro was a little too slow when Gong Ao Guang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. 32 minutes into the game, Gong Ao Guang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Higinio Porfiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute Sérgio Berti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xaiver Rosende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th play minute Gong Ao Guang came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Higinio Porfiro. 6-0. Xaiver Rosende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Berti in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Gong Ao Guang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Higinio Porfiro. The goal made the score 7-0. In the 45th minute, Maximino Torrealba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Ao Guang in the 53rd minute of play forced LA MAQUINA F.C's goalkeeper Higinio Porfiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A. Peñarol's Xaiver Rosende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Borja in the 56th minute of play. After 58 minutes LA MAQUINA F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jimeno Infante who took care of the corner kick. The corner led C.A. Peñarol's Jimeno Infante to fire away a dangerous shot which Higinio Porfiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. LA MAQUINA F.C made a substitution. Amadeo Berasko replaced Loco Borja. 65 minutes into the game, Bohuslav Plachetka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA MAQUINA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Peñarol the free kick. A collision led to LA MAQUINA F.C getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Bohuslav Plachetka hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Santo Colas got a free kick in the 71st minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in LA MAQUINA F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Carlos Alberto Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xaiver Rosende having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Nicolas Alen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Porfiro. LA MAQUINA F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Alen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. The supporters of C.A. Peñarol booed when LA MAQUINA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anselmo Velin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Porfiro having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Anselmo Velin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Porfiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the C.A. Peñarol players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
