Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martyon Brading started the match with the kick off. Attilio Marzoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zabal Villanueva in the 5th minute of play. Dino Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martyon Brading in the 6th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Verbano FC's Dino Roberto threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Martyon Brading, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Attilio Marzoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zabal Villanueva in the 7th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Zabal Villanueva notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Verbano FC's Attilio Marzoli. Attilio Marzoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, Villadeatese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Cavallaro came free, but Dino Roberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Maranhense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attilio Marzoli. Verbano FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dino Roberto made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Martyon Brading sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zabal Villanueva in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Marzoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Zabal Villanueva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attilio Marzoli was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Ermanno Bencivenni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verbano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Ermanno Bencivenni kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Ernesto Scevola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Dino Roberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martyon Brading's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. When Alberto Maranhense fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villadeatese FC's protests and gave Alberto Maranhense a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Villadeatese FC's Alberto Maranhense got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 55th minute of the match Verbano FC got a corner. Villadeatese FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florian Cavallaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 61st minute Villadeatese FC were awarded a corner. Alberto Maranhense went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florian Cavallaro during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Verbano FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! When Verbano FC's Martyon Brading in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner led Villadeatese FC's Alberto Maranhense to fire away a dangerous shot which Attilio Marzoli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Pitt Frøne sped through Verbano FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Attilio Marzoli. Zabal Villanueva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Attilio Marzoli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 1-6 became the score in the 87th minute when Zabal Villanueva elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Attilio Marzoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Gazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Villadeatese FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
