Rune Abelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Blanco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Dambo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patryk Siekierski saved Swatar United FC from getting behind. In the 14thth minute of the game Mario Salerno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wedd FF's Rune Abelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Wedd FF booed when Swatar United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Pârcălab didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Johannes Dambo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patryk Siekierski was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Swatar United FC's Mario Salerno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Abelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Wedd FF's corner Henrik Lagerberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patryk Siekierski quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Wedd FF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Tomas Tunberg hit a great ball. The throw-in from Camillo Aceto in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Swatar United FC's Sebastian Pârcălab. Mario Salerno in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rune Abelsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Salerno made a kick off. If Sven-Arne Kjellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Arne Kjellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Tomas Tunberg in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Swatar United FC's Sebastian Pârcălab. In the 61st match minute, Swatar United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guo Lin to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Mario Salerno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Abelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Wedd FF getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Henrik Lagerberg hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Mario Salerno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rune Abelsson. Wedd FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Salerno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Swatar United FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
